Artwork Return Policy

Original Artwork Returns:
I want you to be fully satisfied with your work of art, thus I do allow returns with conditions. Investing in art is a commitment and the work is meant to bring you and your friends and family aesthetic enjoyment for years, even generations to come.
For online original artwork orders only, from the time you receive your original art piece, you have seven (7) days to decide to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by and paid for the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from MiMi Stirn Artistry, LLC and are not fully satisfied, you have seven (7) days to notify us that you'd like to return the work. Then, you’ll have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork through a traceable method and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply.)
BUYER is responsible for payment of all return shipping costs, including insuring of the artwork. Additionally, a 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns. For example, if you make a purchase of $300.00 and return the item, the restocking fee would be $30.00.
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call (239) 410-1133 between the hours of 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST Monday through Friday or email email@example.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by me, the artist. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to the artist. If the artwork is damaged during shipping, you will be notified within 48 hours after receipt of said damages, thus be sure to insure the returned artwork so both you, the buyer and I, the seller do not suffer a loss. Therefore, if you don't insure the package, and it returns damaged, there will be no refund, so please insure it for the full value, including shipping costs.
Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method.
Step 4 – Email all shipping details including tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, MiMi Stirn Artistry, LLC will process your return and the amount owed (this will be less the 10% restock fee) will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

- Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns. Please note that these fees may possibly be avoided if you inform the courier that the item is a return—though we can’t guarantee this.

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days.
